Quick summary:

I did it. I had workshop at Cannes Lions Festival. I didn’t have big brand or big corporation behind me, but I did have people with big trust in me. I am grateful, because it takes a village… to put somebody on a stage Cannes.

I am very grateful for all your mails and calls congratulating me for Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
I’m extremely attered that you’re asking me how “I” did it all alone. Well, I didn’t.

Agnieszka Dabrowska – took care of IZMAŁKOWA and our teams so I could concentrate on preparing workshops. I couldn’t have done it without her support.

Sylwia Hull-Wosiek and Jakub Snochowski – coached me on workshop technics because I wanted to make a serious subject like INSIGHTS as playful as possible. I am very grateful for their knowledge and insights.

Olka Kazmierczak – made sure that I got me shoes from LOFT37 for my workshop exercise which made my life easier and the exercise more fun – the stilletos were so high that men nally started to feel sorry for us women.

Karolina Liberka – sent me countless messages to make sure that my spirits were high and my condence didn’t fall through the oor. Her messages are proof of how great a friend she is.

Anna Orska – sent me the sweetest letters of encouragement and trust in me.

Business Insider Polska – Łukasz Grass and Angelika Sokal-Szewczyk – had trust in me that I could deliver great content – so I could put my mind outside of my own talk and not get crazy.

I love truth. I love understanding. I love breaking rules.
I love making things work better. I love happy and self fulfilled people.
I love making world better place – even if it is one centimetre at time.
In my work – I do what I love and fight against what I hate..

All my friends, my business partners, readers of my blog and even readers of my Instagram sent me so many messages of support that I felt the most loved and supported person ever. But most o all I got to Cannes thanks to one person who believes in me more than I even believed in myself, and I can see in his eyes much more condent and smarter reection of me than I see in a mirror.

My partner, Fergus O’Hare , encouraged me to participate in Cannes, even so I had doubts if I was ready. Without endless discussions about the role of insights in creativity – I wouldn’t have had such a clear vision of how to “sell” psychology, research and insights to creative, strategic and business people in Cannes.

I could focus only on delivering the best pre – sentation in Cannes – because he made sure that every slide in my Keynote looked like piece of art. And he did my posters that brought twice as many people as could enter my workshop and also grabbed attention of Cindy Gallop on Twitter! Thank you – you are the best and your support means whole world to me!!!

Yes, it was me who convinced Cannes that I can do it and than I did it – but… it was a long way and I wanted to make sure that everybody knows that the greater achievement- the more talented and dedicated people around we all need.

Recipe for Cannes

In my case it is true:

Behind every success – there is a great partner and
a lot of friends.

Many of you ask me if I feel proud. Most of all I feel
grateful!
